RV Park & Campground in the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota
Great park! Staff and RVers are great and super helpful and friendly. I arrived after season so I did not have the opportunity to see the entertainment or eat at the restaurant but based on the reviews it sounds like both are great and a lot of fun. I definitely will be back a little earlier so I can experience the two. Amenities are clean and well maintained. I do agree about the water on the shower floors. I think it is because the shower curtain gets in the way. The sunsets are beautiful and the weather was perfect! Thank you Heartland RV Park!
We absolutely loved it here! The people are so nice and helpful. There’s a park for kids, a dog park, a pool, 2 shower houses(I think) and a laundry room. Very clean, quiet and a beautiful location! There is a highway but honestly, we didn’t notice it. I highly recommend staying here. There’s tons of stuff to go do and see.
Very nice park. Not far from many attractions, but not in town. They were slowing down a bit, so some of the conveniences were not open.
Amber who checked us in was amazing. She gave us info about the park and lots of sight seeing information as well. The park was well situated for us with our 35 ft MH and tow vehicle. Some of the seasonal services were closed (pool, spa, event house) but each site still had water, electric and sewer. There is even a pickleball court here. The doggy run was great. The washrooms and showers were immaculate and the showers HOT !!!!. Did laundry here for the reasonable amt of $2.00 / load. Only reason only gave the location a 4 is that the park is right on the highway but Amber moved us toward the back and it does quiet down somewhat at night.
We stayed in our RV for a week. Convenient location to everything we wanted to see. Clean well maintained campground.

We camped here for six nights while visiting The Black Hills and found the park to be clean and accomodating, and the staff super friendly!
Heartland RV Park and Cabins is the perfect location to enjoy The Black Hills of South Dakota. Our ten night stay there this past fall became a great hub to explore the area. The friendly staff gave out lots of information about the local attractions. I bought propane for my RV right on the premises. We loved our RV spot, being able to do laundry in a clean laundry room, and having positive chats with the staff. Hope to see you again next year.
The place is really nice,well maintained with a very friendly staff.. My only disappointment was that they don't lower their prices for the off season especially when many of their amenities aren't available.. Other than that it's a great campground..
We camped here in our Super C. Plenty of room for it and our tow vehicle on the site. All staff we interact with were very nice. It’s a great base to go from for touring all the sites in the area. We’ll stay there again.
Great location for accessing all towns of interest in South Dakota. Clean, spacious and staff friendly campground. Second time we've stayed, will probably return again.
